Leadership Lab for
Supervisors & Managers at all Levels A full-day training lab, facilitated by Joan Lloyd This
full-day leadership lab combines Joan's own experience and expertise to give
managers hands-on experience with real-world issues. The
lab is perfect for managers, at all levels, who want to further develop
their leadership skills. Many managers
are promoted to their positions based on their performance and technical
skills. As you know, there is much more
to being a manager and that is what this lab is about. We give managers the tools they need to bring
out the best in others as well as in themselves. We pack the day with lots of interaction and personal
attention. Participants receive detailed, personal feedback and coaching. Few training opportunities provide this level
of intimate, hands-on experience.

How to coach
employees for best performance. §
How to give
feedback and correct problems early. §
How to build a
positive, committed team. §
How to solve employee
