Laura Clydesdale is pleased to team with Joan Lloyd & Associates
after spending a decade coaching executives from around the world. Ranging from senior executive coaching
experience at a multinational corporation’s international division, to
coaching high potentials at one of the largest retailers in the U.S., Laura
has extensive experience at every corporate level.
Laura draws from a deep
and unique operational skill set.
Throughout her corporate career she has excelled in process
improvement, Six Sigma, finance and compliance. She also led the key functions of leader
development and training, which has given balance to her overall
background. Taking these experiences
with her, she struck out on her own, launching a successful retail business
and later an executive coaching practice.
Prior to starting her
own businesses, Laura managed the The GAP Inc.’s
MBA program and led the integration of the Banana Republic Catalog. She was based in Singapore, leading the
Asia-Pacific roll-out of Six Sigma for GE Plastics and was also a member of
GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.
